Emergency Medicine, Brown University's Post-graduate program

Has anyone been to this program? The website does not provide a lot of information. I e-mailed them for more information, but I would like to also hear from people who have been through the program. How was the experience? Did you receive a stipend? If not, are you able to work as a PA somewhere else while doing this program? I can't afford to not work for another year. Any other advice about this program I'd really appreciate as well. Thanks in advance!

this is a relatively new program. don't know if they have even graduated a class yet.

This just sounds like Rhode Island Hosiptals old EM residency program under a different name.  Had a good reputation when it was, and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested.  it is affiliated with Brown now, so that is just a bonus.

I emailed them twice, 4-5 months apart, asking for more info. I got no response. That told me all I need to know.

@jaznugget I too would like to know more about this program.  I agree that the site offers little info. Similar to @JMann, I reached out twice and have not heard back.  If anyone has additional information or is a grad of that program, it would be great to hear from you.

Lack of response if you've sent at least two communications should trigger the thought in your mind that they do not have their ---- together (Or the program never materialized). Time to move on. Plenty of other good, reputable programs out there.
