CM94 Posted December 22, 2014 Share Posted December 22, 2014 HI guys I applied for the program 12/19/2014, but I am returning on the 29th to turn in some things I forgot in the application!uugggh Let me know how many of you are applying for the FALL2015 and what are you studying?? I've been told the book is not very helpful and that if you took Anatomy and all Natural sciences at MDC you have an upper hand! Well please reply! luxar23 Posted February 1, 2015 Share Posted February 1, 2015 i sent my application early January. now i'm worried about the process for getting in. in addition, I am not stepping out on being a physician assistant no matter what. but still I hope to get through MDC. It is the cheapest, and I see that now people who get in may have opportunity to obtain their masters cheaper too. I heard that the books are not very helpful for the entrance exam. They told me at the time that I scored high on my app (missed one point for not living in Dade) and was going through to testing. Any one else have the same experience or know when they notify of testing date. I am studying my A&P and Chem books. I can't believe the math can be very tough and as for Med. Terminology, you either know it or don't. If anyone wants to get to gather and go over stuff, I tutor A&P, Chem, and Micro at Homestead campus or did until this semester. I started studying but I also work and I'm taking 4 classes at BC, so time management has been a little difficult for me and have not been able to study as much as I would like to by now, but I'm modifying my schedule and committing to it! I called MDC Medical Campus' PA Program and they said emails will go out at the end of February or early March. I have not received any notifications, whether to say my application is complete or whether to invite me to test. I turned-in my application in December 2014.
