I wouldn't see new patients but manage the overflow of the two physicians essentially for their complex chronic issues as well as acute issues. I would take call via phone for one week once every 5 weeks or so but calls are minimal.32 hours a week at salaried $35.73 per hour ($59,454 a year, equivalent to $74,318 if it were 40 hours per week).Based on 32 hours a week:$480 for cell phone stipend$1600 for CME and CME time off just has to be approved with manager but does not come out of PTO.Benefits guide attached. PTO 23 days accrued per year. 6 for Holidays. The other days can be used for sick or vacation, whichever you want/need.
