Moderator EMEDPA Posted September 8, 2014 Moderator Share Posted September 8, 2014 RCC should be on your list for least expensive. it's a community college and is 5k/yr. several TX programs are very inexpensive as well. also, I don't believe there are 200 pa programs yet, more like 185 or so. Timon Posted November 27, 2014 Share Posted November 27, 2014 Touro University California in Mares Island is also a 3 year program that costs roughly $132k + living expenses. Moderator EMEDPA Posted November 27, 2014 Moderator Share Posted November 27, 2014 the higher the degree awarded the more you will pay. what makes the most sense for someone with lots of HCE is to get the lowest level degree you are eligible for. for most medics and nurses this will be a BS as they likely already have an A.S. start working as a PA and gradually take courses towards your next degree. I think it was about 5K total tuition. back in the day, for those that qualified under special Governors initiative it was close to free tuition.
