The only other thing they require is a college/university transcript, according to the following instructions: Class / Program Status Document(s) to Submit If you are currently an Undergraduate student Please upload your most current undergraduate transcript. If you are currently a Graduate student (Medical School, Pharmacy school, etc.) Please upload your most current transcript. Pass/Fail transcripts will be accepted. If you have recently graduated, and will be starting a new program in the Fall of 2013 Please upload your final transcript from the program you recently completed. If you have recently started a qualifying program, but have not received grades to date Please upload your final transcript from the last program you completed. If you are in a dual enrollment program Please upload both of your most recent transcripts together as one .pdf file or inside one .zip file.
