Resources and advice on how to study for the PANCE/ Lange resource

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I'm recently preparing for the PANCE and have been trying to get over the initial stress and overwhelming feeling of having to absorb sooo much information. I don't know how in the world it'll all stay in my head long enough ;)

Really, I'm trying to make a schedule and really just stick to it to reduce all the anxiety. I think I have some good study resources, but I'm not sure about practice questions....something I need to do alot of!

Could someone explain to me specifically which lange/appleton resource everyone refers to? I know that there's a LANGE review book

Does that one come with questions...like CD questions? and if so, are they organizxed into questions according to subject area?

and there's a separate LANGE Q&A book with just questions right? Is that book divided into questions according to subject area?

Do you guys recommend either of these LANGE resources? I have heard from the person that did a PANCE review course for us that the LANGE book of questions is not a good reference and there are wrong answers or typos. But I also know that many people in my class used them for clinical end of month exams and some said it was good test preparation for those school exams.

Any recommendations for DATACHEM?

Thank you so much!
