Include; GPA- Clinical experience- GRE (if applicable)- Schools you’re applying to- (list in preference order, starting with your 1st choice) I’ll start; GPA- Overall -3.6; science is 3.4 Clinical experience- CNA for 1 year, LPN for 1 year, and RN for 2 years; Most of that is part time, but I have just over 4000 hour total. Even though humans were not involved, I got to scrub in on CPB procedures as scrub nurse and first assist. I was also often the perfusionist. GRE n/a Patient care experience- 200 hours volunteering at emergency room. 20+ hours shaddowing PAs. Schools- Touro Bayshore for now. It's the only program I know of that starts in January. If I don't get in I'll apply to Pace and Touro Manhattan and maybe reapply there for fall 2009. I can get in more patient care experience and take more science courses to make me more competitive.
