Massive Transfusions. There will be more of the CME over the year. We are hoping quarterly so will post as they come up. rcdavis Posted May 29, 2014 Share Posted May 29, 2014 Ohh the Ecmo debate rages on.. Been 30-38 years and STILL. No clear answer.. Did help a lot of kiddies with surfactant issues , though. As someone who has had ARDS/SIRS , I can tell you that anything... Anything , including a transplanted lung, that helps oxygenation would be a godsend.
