My husband recently received a great offer in Las Vegas. I am a new grad of a PA school in Michigan and would appreciate any help you could give me on finding a job. I know there has to be plenty of them out there with all the people moving into the city per month, but I am not sure of how to find them. I am extremely interested in dermatology and cosmetics, but would start off with something like family practice if I need to. Let me know if you can help with anything! Thanks!

Anybody else in NV feel like medical providers out here practice like its the wild west? At times I feel like they are 20 years behind out here. Old equipment, old ideas ect...Also there are so few of us out here..I think just over 300..I'm from back east where there are thousands..what's up?

Anyone still awake on this board? Heck, forget awake, anyone still alive? I work for a surgeon who is moving his practice to LV and wants me to join him. Can anyone give me some details on what to expect in regards to practicing in Nevada?
