I don't think any of the non-US PA programs are mature enough for anyone to have tried this yet. I expect that once someone wants to try this, then there might be a demand to write rules to enable it.

I agree with EMEDPA, I looked into this too but in order to be able to sit for PANCE you must have attended an accredited program in the U.S.
The PANCE is required for all US schools. To sit for the PANCE you have to graduate from an ARC-PA accredited school. For now that applies only to the US. NCCPA has stated in the past that they have no interest in certifying PAs in other countries.

No, but they have shown an interest in working with those other countries to develop certifying exams which could conceivably include selling "old" exam questions.... and what's the next step, people???
