    No, but they would be wondering if they could ever bridge over to the MD or DO band.

    Do you think a certificate Tuba Player could make the PA band? I got a lot of experience I did play for the Air Force at Lackland, and was was offered a bassist position in the AF band of the West... Maybe I could get "grandfathered in.."

    Hm... any more, I'm just a classical bassoonist. Back in the day, I played sax and was a drum major for the marching band. Maybe I could brush up and help out with the PA band! Haha.

    i know that this thread is old, but i really appreciate it for two reasons. this was one of my first questions and the second question im considering nursing as well. PA or nursing will be a 2nd career for me and i like the flexibility(travel nursing) of nursing but am still interested in the PA field. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
