Group or organization hiring PA's for first assist.

Hello forum,
I was wondering does anyone know of a group or organization here in Texas that hires PA's to perform first assist duties?
I am wanting to work as a first assist PA, where I can work for multiple surgeons and not just a solo practice.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
