ER Residency QUESTION

Hey guys!

I just wanted to know if you guys had any suggestions on how to prepare for an ER residency interview? Has anyone gone through the experience? Are there any questions that I should ask being that I am a new grad who is also new to the "working as a PA" world (benefits, 401K etc)?

Any input would be apprieciated :-)

make sure you will get enough exposure to sick folks and invasive procedures. if you don't you're just an underpaid scut monkey.

Yea, that is exactly what I am afraid of with this residency thing...........they can tell you anything during the interview........but when it comes to actually getting to work-I want to learn not just slave :-/
